Aim of the project is to re-establish the active raised bog habitats and site hydrology in the areas that are influenced by drainage and to protect the raised bog habitats, plants and animals of European and Latvian importance.

Third Steering Group Meetings for Nature Management Plans 11/01/2011 00:00

For two Nature Reserves during Second Steering Group Meetings it was decided to meet for the third time before let general public to discuss these Nature Management Plans.

For Aizkraukle Mire and Forests the meeting will be on January 18th 10:30 in Aizkraukle, 20 Kalna Street.

For Aklais Mire the meeting will be on January 26th 10:30 in Daudzese, in Elementary School of Daudzese.
